As a mommy-to-be, I can attest that this work out is amazing for anybody! Each class is different to keep your body challenged, you'll never plateau or grow bored. The studio and Nichole are wonderful and so inviting! The Northshore is lucky to have such a great addition.
Great class. Awesome studio. Instructors were amazing and super helpful (especially for this girl that has never done Barre before ).
This work out is like nothing I’ve ever done before! I feel muscles working that I didn’t even know existed. It’s so challenging, but in the best way possible. Everything about the vibe, from the moment you walk in the door is welcoming and empowering....ugh, I love it!!! Do yourself a favor and come get a work out that will have you craving moreeee�
This is the BEST barre class in town!!!!!��
