This is a total body work out for all fitness levels. You get out what you put in and you can modify for injuries or limitations. The studio owner is very friendly and I felt very welcomed and at ease during my first class. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely loved this class! The instructors were so helpful with form for Barre beginners and offer modifications for all levels. Loved that I could get a full body workout in just an hour!
My wife just attended the grand opening yesterday and loved it!!!!! She said the instructor was enthusiastic and knowledgeable throughout the entire class! We just moved here from Baton Rouge and she missed going to the Body Sculpt there. So glad that Nichole opened up the Northshore!
A true full body workout!!! Tough class but easy to follow and you will never have the same class twice! Highly recommend.
Beautiful studio! Windows open onto green space! You can get your workout, and convene with nature! Staff is adorable too. The technique is very familiar for former dancers, using plies and ballet foot positions. Great workout and great space! Overall fabulous!
