This was an awesome work out to start my TGIF. Music awesome to get you pumped, plenty of room and natural light, great equipment, and the instructor Nicole definitely motivated you and instructed you how to do the exercises. Thanks! Can not wait to come back.
This work out class is so fun and so different than any other work out class I have done before. Definitely not your typical barre class at all! The instructors were so helpful and took time to individually help me get the moves.

Not your typical workout or barre class. So much more involved and it is designed for you to work out at whatever pace suits you. You’ll work muscles you’ll never know you had! Nichole and her studio have an inviting atmosphere that welcome any level of fitness! GO CHECK THEM OUT!
