RecommendedI absolutely love this facility. When I walk in each morning the staff welcomes me and gives me a shower towel without my having to ask. The group fitness instructors are phenomenal as well. The facility and locker rooms are very clean. I highly recommend this location to anyone.
Recommended1 year ago this month I weighed 290 lbs and feeling miserable. my wife and I joined and my life has been changed. I'm here every weekday at 5 am and 35 lbs lighter and feeling great. if you need it they have it here, from the heaviest free weights to programs for beginners. 5 stars highly recommend coming here to get in shape. Price is great for what you are able to use and get out of going to the gym.

RecommendedI love this gym! I’ve been a member of a couple different gyms prior to joining Onelife a little over a year ago, but this is truly my favorite gym. The staff is awesome and so welcoming, and the gym is very clean and updated. I truly enjoy my workouts here, not only because I have everything I need, but because the staff and other gym goers are always very respectful of one another. we recently joined in and so far so good. we went to other fitness centers and this one was the best for our family. the kids program is the best thing they could have for parents with small kids 😊 my kids love the play area.
