RecommendedI enjoy this gym because it has a women’s only section so that if I want to workout by myself I can without feeling pressure from other individuals. Everyone in the gym is very nice and respectful and the staff is amazing. :)
Working out there consistently for the past year and a half has been great and I look forward to another year of great training. This two story gym is awesome it has open areas to workout in groups and conserved areas to working in silence and peaceful bliss, multiple rooms to utilize when classes are not going on. A million classes offered that are included with the membership and you can opt for a personal trainer to help increase those gains. Overall awesome gym!
Recommendedbest gym in the 757. 3 floors of gym equipment, very clean and you dont have to wait for equipment to use. What also makes this gym stand out is that there are restrooms throughout the gym. no other onelife has this. keep up the good work norfolk.

Too many people for the size of the location Delco.. Is there not a limit to how many members you should have join or in your facility at peak hours? Or are you just that greedy.. I know their is a building code limit.. too many machines for a small facility At Both Facilities.. Hell in Stephens city you can barely move around when there is 10 people in the facility since the consolidated Sports Plex location! will be canceling my “membership” very soon... I’ll be going to One Life from here on out!
Absolutely love the kids club!! My kids are excited to come here every day and they never want to leave! It’s fantastic being able to leave them in the care of the wonderful staff here and know that I never have to worry!
