This gym is almost impossible to cancel your membership prior to end of the term. I requested to cancel by mail for two different accounts. I sent two separate letters both times and both times they said they never got them. I have paid the $59 buyout fee and have been charged a $39 assessment fee for 3 months of use and then charged for 5 months after cancellation. Still trying to settle the account. This location doesn’t deal with the finances so you have to deal with a third party that sure is feeling like a scam. Beware
Great place! Mike and Charnelle are the bomb dot com and that alone might encourage me to come to the gym. Kids Club is awesome and if I'm being real I might just come for a smoothie and child care.
RecommendedI have been a member of Body Renew Fitness on and off for over 7 years. I was always greeted with a friendly face and some trainers even stopped to show me how to use equipment or answer questions. Back in November I had just renewed my membership with a personal trainer. In January I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.
