I’ve made multiple complaints about people wearing gym shoes in the sauna and stepping on the lower bench to sit on the top bench. I’ve yet to receive a phone call about my complaints even though I’ve requested one. Better yet no sign has been put up or anything done to rectify the situation. The sauna is always hot and damp from wet swimsuits or sweaty gym clothes which means any bacteria would flourish. It’s only a matter of time before someone catches somethig
it was a fine gym- but i quit months ago and i’m still getting charged. i called to complain and the guy said he couldn’t refund me for 2-3 more weeks. ugh. i don’t have the money for this. i haven’t even been to this gym in months
Health hazard WARNING! Luckily I wear shower shoes, but after a hot shower last Friday I saw mold under these mats. A) why are there mats as it's a liability if someone falls to your company, B) the mens locker room doesn't have them🤷♀️...so after the hot water activated the mold spores and I was exposed to this as a PREGNANT women that is...I called and made a complaint because no one could be found to do it in person.
