It's been a positive change with my body these past three months. I've lost inches and noticeably seen NO struggle with putting my pants on and the looseness in my shirts. It's not challenging to lift a case of water like it used to be! My strength and mobility is also a great benefit I've encounters through my journey 💪🏽🏽

I love my workouts at body performance! I use to go to a big chain gym. (Well I paid for it and barley ever went) I would get discouraged and would spend about an hour just looking around confused.
