This passed 3 months have been the best. Thanks to Jesus for the motivation and the positive vibes. I have seen some changes on myself that I’m happy with. The 30 min sessions helps me relaxed from a long day. This program had help me to get back in shape and get tone at the same time,also able to motivate others members 😊. If someone is looking forward to have a change in there life’s this program it’s the best .
I was a transplant to San Jose with no routine, no support and no accountability to work out and be healthy. I joined a different gym before Body Performance for the duration of a 28 day challenge, but that gym had a strange vibe with little encouragement. Best thing I’ve done for myself in a while, Jesus is a great trainer. Always keeps me going throughout the whole work out, always switching the workouts so it keeps me interested. Provides access to a great balanced meal plan. Definitely seeing the results more than 30lb weight loss in less than 90 days. A must do for the new year.
