Awesome Massage therapists – This is one of the best spa's I have been to. It is a very calming atmosphere the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.I would definatley recommend this spa.
Great spa for a regular treat! – I've been to many spas in NYC, Hamptons, & Connecticut for massage and other spa services - I definitely agree w. other reviewers that Body & Mind is a great spa & a neighborhood gem. It is quaint & clean. Staff are courteous & professional. Prices are definitely a value for the massages. I think this spa is great for the young professional like myself who doesn't always have the time to relax, destress, or feel pampered and can make it a regular treat!

Best Spa In Town – I have been a Body and Mind customer for several years now. I have referred friends and family to the Spa for a day of relaxation and even given treatments as a gift. The facility is very clean. I have enjoyed their facials, massages and pedicures - all very affordable. Their friendly courteous staff make you feel so comfortable that you want to come back again and again. Its location is convenient with ample street parking. Who would think that such a gem would be found in a small town called Whitestone.
"Best Spa in Queens" – Body and Mind Day Spa is the best spa in queens. It is very clean and everyone makes you feel very comfortable. best spa in the area – It's so hard to find a decent spa in the area that isn't overpriced and gives you a crappy experience. At Body and Mind- it's a perfect spa for me! Very friendly staff, great prices, and it has all the amenties you would want. They take the time to make sure you are happy with your experience. They don't rush you in and out like a lot of other places. I've been there for a facial and nail appt. and both were great. I would definitely go back!
Queens best day spa! – I absolutely adore Body and Mind Day Spa! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is warm and inviting. I was very nervous on my first visit. As soon as I entered the door I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. Never is there a doubt in my mind that I've picked the best spa in Queens. In this hectic day and age it is a gem to find a spa that treats you with such care. I highly recommend Body and Mind!

Wonderful relaxation – I have been to this amazing spa a few times. The last time I went i received a 1 hour massage.I felt so amazing not only during the massage but felt wonderful after. The service is so great and the people are friendly and helpful.They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this spa.
