Not a pretentious environment – I had a facial at Body & Mind Day Spa and it was a great experience. For such a simple service you should feel as if you are walking into a home, comfortable and relaxing and that's how it was. Some spas have a pretentious feel and this wasnt the case. The staff was friendly and the facial was very helpful for my skin and the price did not break my bank either.
Simply Heaven! – I have been using Body & Mind since it opened. I highly recommend it to anyone who just wants to relax and not think about anything. I have had stone massages, swedish massages, facials, microderm glow, body scrubs, manicure's and pedicures. I have always had great experiences with the staff. Glow from inside out – My experience was based on a several reviews that I had read and I am happy that I followed through. I am hoping that my review gives others the chance to enjoy the Spa experience as well. The warm atmosphere of the main Salon area is carried through to the treatment room. Like breathing a sigh of relief – I am new to the world of spa treatments and Body & Mind Day Spa was my first experience. Since then, I have tried others (just to see!) but have always returned here. The second you walk in the doors, it's like breathing a sigh of relief. Everyone is calm, professional, punctual and just super friendly. I definitely recommend this oasis in Queens.
Great SPA! – I went to this spa at the recommendation of a friend and got a facial. This was the first time that I got a full facial and have very sensitive skin. I can tell you that I was utterly pleased and have already booked a swedish massage for this month right before I take a big exam. Amazing Spa - very relaxing!! – I first went to Body and Mind Spa because I had received a gift certificate there. My experience was amazing! The facitliy was very relaxing and super clean and the staff are very professional. I love going back there. Great Experience – I went with my girlfriend and we both loved it. The place is nice and clean with a good vibe. The staff is very polite and the most important, the massages were great! Highly recommended.
Wonderful Spa – I have been to several spas in the area and this one is by far the best! The staff is friendly and professional and the massages leave a tingle you never want to get rid of.
