Great Day Spa! :) – After a very long ride back from snowboarding in VT my boyfriend and I were dying to get massages... not only did the staff take the two of us on short notice but we got GREAT massages. Relax, Recharge, Retreat, Rejuvenate!! – I have been a customer at Body & Mind Spa since it opened in 1993. I often buy gift certificates for those important to me or when I think a friend can use some time to "relax and unwind." The online offers are also a wonderful marketing tool and great way to save money at the spa on services. I often find myself relaxing, rejuvenating, retreating, recharging and ready to sart fresh. I have only had positive experiences at Body & Mind Spa and recommend it as often as I can.
A relaxing oasis – I've been getting massages from Body & Mind Spa every opportunity I can. The staff is soft-spoken, the rooms and linens are clean and the body massage is relaxing. The masseuse are experienced. The atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I can't think of another place that I'd rather get this service from. It's conveniently located and easy to find parking.
