Went through the automatic touch free wash, as I have a large truck and the clearance was highest on that automatic. While in the parking lot I measured the highest point on my truck - 7’4”. The clearance on the wash says 7’8”. When the bar turned around at the back of the truck I heard it contact my bed cap - so definitely not as much clearance as advertised… Truck wasn’t very dirty to begin with, a little mud spatter from driving in a construction zone or something, and some dirty rain spots from recent storms. Completed overpriced. I wasn’t impressed with the products, the current condition of the equipment…
Beware, very expensive self wash. A quarter will will get you 15 seconds (and it takes about 12 seconds to switch between cycles) . If you don't want to take out a bank loan to wash your car then use Curt's Car Wash on 13th East.
