I received 2nd degree burns! Received a laser tattoo removal treatment, this would have been my 5th session which up to this point I had no previous issues. During my session with a new technician whom had never treated me before stopped a few times to increase the intensity of the laser.. when I asked why we stopped she said "I am aggressive, your paying good money and I know you want it off as soon as possible" long story short she ended up burning my arm with second degree burns and causing blisters the size of quarters. ... read more

Would give this place no stars if I could! I agreed to a set price for guaranteed tattoo removal. I paid over 5,000$ in the course of a year and prior to paying off my balance they treated me very nicely and treated all the areas we agreed to. Now after completing the financing they emailed me they are only treating 3 areas no matter what we have been doing for the past year. No one has returned my calls and I now have multiple areas with partial tattoos on my body. Angry can't even describe how I'm feeling.

I had a really awful experience at this location. The manager Samantha is not very accommodating after you sign their contract. I was not satisfied with the service that was provided as the entire areas that were suppose to be lasered, were not done adequately as all the hair were still there. I made her aware that I was dissatisfied and would like to cancel the contract based on my dissatisfaction, and she not once offered for me to come in to take a look at the area. I've been coming to Body Details for years and because I have PCOS I have to to come back after every pregnancy. I have the full body package. Everyone in the office is super professional and make me feel very comfortable. Rachel, the current PA completing the treatment is amazing. She is extremely easy going and clearly competent in her profession. I've gone to other laser treatment facilities and Body Details has been my only successful experience. It's worth every penny.

Last Wednesday I did my first facial regeuvination by specialist Ms. Jeanine she did absolutely an awesome job on my face and neck . I did the maximum frequency laser . I did both procedure , one Works under and re activates the Collegon and the other works on skin surface . My reqcovery was four days , I had half an hour of mild tingling burn sensation and red face for first two days which was going away by hours . The fourth days all got even and normal . Unprofessional and Classless women! The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Their laser treatment works and of course there's the lifetime warranty. HOWEVER, for the amount of money you pay you would think that would hire PROFESSIONAL people with EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! You go in their office the women look like they are basically going to/from the club! Short tight dresses, runny make up! Then they have an attitude as if they are giving you FREE service!!! I had to file litigation in court to get my money refunded + pain and suffering from their complete incompetence in Laser Tattoo removal. Body Details failed to attend or send representation to either of the court appearances that they were summonsed for. Judgment was decided against them on 6/11/13. I will now have to hire a lawyer to pursue collection of the judgment. I was told by Body Detail that removal of my Black Inc.
