Tyler answered all my questions prior to purchase of an LS 473 tractor. The price posted on FB was the price I paid which was considerably less than other dealers. No extra "fees". No hassle or pressure here. Just a straight forward business transaction. Only been a week but I really like the tractor. Highly recommended Bock's.
Great place easy going. The tractor and the 4 atachments got a work out this summer not one problem.
Great business who stands by the product they sell! I have an Ariens Ikon XD 52" zero turn mower that had been leaking on the right side controller. Bock's repaired the controller by changing seals. After the second mow once it was repaired, a piece on the controller broke to where it couldn't be repaired. Jeff came to my house and picked it up. After finding the issue, Bock's swapped the controller with a brand new one at no charge then dropped my mower to my house. Great Customer Service!!!
This is a family company. Tyler is the salesman/GM/co owner. Tyler's father is the head maintenance/mechanic/co owner. The sister works as parts sales. My experience with this company was very good. Tyler is very knowledgeable he is also very busy. His father is a very knowledgeable kind man who has a heart for Jesus, which I really appreciate. I cross threaded one of my spindles on my Ariens ikon 52" zero turn. I call Greg after hrs. Not good on me. He comes the next morning picks up the mower. They put a new spindle on plus do a oil change, fuel filter , air cleaner, new blades , plus fix an issue with it pulling to the left. Above and beyond. I know when it is time to get another zero turn I know i'm going to Bock's . If you want fair prices , awesome service , fast turn around Bock's is it. Thank you Greg, Tyler and Jeff.
