I have been a nissan owner for multiple years owning a maxima and a altima. this will be our first Rogue that we have owned. Going to Boch Nissan South was a very easy experience thanks to Elliot Miller. I had a number that me and my family where looking to be with in and Elliot was very understanding of family constraints and helped close a leasing deal on the perfect family car for our family. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
I bought a used car was really happy until I had to deal with a few issues only 4 days after I picked it up! Salesman Elliot was helpful but service department and Steve "general sales manager" was rude! He as much called me a liar saying that I had to of hit something with blunt force for the clips to break and there wasn't duct tape on my car! Rich was the perfect person to help me find a new to me vehicle. He worked really hard to find me a vehicle in my price range and never gave up when the first few didn't work. He kept in touch over a few days as new vehicles came in and was always more than nice. I'm happy I came in and got to work with Rich! I definitely suggest asking for him if you visit Boch Nissan South.
We were on our way home from Cape Cod when our car would not go over 10 miles an hour. We looked up places to get it fixed. A couple of places said it could take a few days, some couldn’t give us an answer as to when it would be ready. We found Boch Nissan South and they were wonderful! David Pari had such a personable and positive attitude that he took away much of our stress. Once they diagnosed the problem we were back on the road in an hour and a half headed home. We definitely recommend Boch Nissan South!!!
Have to say that for the first time in my life I had a very pleasant experience in the purchase of a vehicle. Rich Melville was fantastic. He took the time to walk us through the process and worked hard to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Bonus - he also bought us a pizza!!!
