Absolutely horrible customer service in the service dept. My husband and I have been getting the run around for TWO DAYS regarding a job that should have taken just a few hours.. that THEY screwed up. 3 days later we are still without a car or an answer because the service guy just so happens to not be in today. tried calling multiple times for an update and or a loaner car for them to say they will call back in 20 mins.. hours go by, still nothing. Salesman was nice. And the financial gentleman was also nice.
Derek Coriaty got me in & out with 90 minutes. Went in for an oil change & during the multi point inspection discovered my rear brake pads were low & gave me a $30 discount I highly recommend Derek as a service advisor
