I have been going to this dealership for years, it is the same staff as Village/Fireside. BUT, i went in to get an oil change last week and worked with "katelyn". she was the worst service person i have ever worked with in mt whole life, i dont enjoy talking about people but she was so unprofessional i have to warn people. she was trying to sell me things i just dad the last visit and when i said why is it due she gave me a very fresh answer explaining that she is smarter than me. We had the best experience leasing a new car at Boch South. Elliot Miller was the best salesman ever. No pressure just very personable and friendly, such a pleasure. Also, JC and Rob Rockwell were great. Wouldn't hesitate to to buy or lease again from them.
The service is awful. Every time you go back for a redo. Avoid at all cost.
