OMG… IT’S DEEP FRIED!!! I thought great deep-fried panzerotti had disappeared decades ago. Back in the 1980s, I worked at Randy’s Pizza Factory (later Mainstreet) in Petrolia, where we made panzerotti from scratch. To this day, those were the best I’ve ever had. After moving to Toronto in 1993 following my Hospitality Administration studies at the University of Guelph, I spent years trying panzerotti across the city and never found anything that came close.
