The new management was very poor today and the 17 yr old girl at the front desk had no customer service skills. I miss the old manager; the girl today was so dark she looked like she changed ethnicities over night and as a regular customer, it's sad to say i will not be back, because of how she treated me. :(
The decor , staff and beds are 1 of a kind there. Tan on!
