Susan is the best. She somehow strikes the perfect balance of making me feel valued as a client by never rushing our appointments while also being time efficient. I have a challenging schedule so her Saturday appointments make my life easier. Professional and polite enough said.

Currently have completed 3 sessions with Susan and could not be any more pleased with my results so far! I took the electrolysis route for 2+ years and got little to no results. I saw major improvement after just one session here with Susan - she is best! Efficient, knowledgeable, and really cares about your overall well being! Run don’t walk🏃🏻♀️
I am so happy I came to Boca Raton Laser! Susan is the best!! Going into laser I was pretty scared..but my first appointment right away Susan made me feel comfortable. She was very professional, kind, and funny! She has a great sense of humor which made coming fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend coming here and going to Susan! You won’t regret it! Best part also is I have no hair either!!! Only after 5 sessions too! This experience was a 10/10 :)
Be careful people Her treatments do not work! Especially for darker skinned people, who she treats like trash. She Starts off nice in the beginning because she is focused on charging you the entire $3k-$6k upfront. However, after the 5-6th treatment she will start to catch rude and nasty attitudes towards you in order to scare you away into not coming back while she still has your $3-$6k! her laser treatments do not work well and the hair on my body grew back even MORE later on.
