The moment I walked in the door I knew I would have a great experience. The receptionist always had big smiles, they were friendly, helpful and very professional. The hygenist Feliz was super sweet and very cheerful, she did an amazing and very thorough cleaning and xrays. She also took the time to explain what she saw on my xrays. drunk dentist – I was in Boca Park "dentist" with only for simple fillings on my 2 tooth ,when i was ready to go i had 2 broken tooth ,and i need to make root canal on these teeth ."dr Lee Turner ",broke may teeth .This "Dentist" don't have too much experience doing dentistry,HE have experience drinking in the PUB across his office in his lunch brake .They want only to take you money from the insurance and the job is terrible.

After a lifetime of bad dentistry. – "This was the best trip to a dentist Ever. Since it was an emergency and I was in so much pain,"I am so pleased and happy with my new dentist I can't find enough words to express myself. I LIKE this dental group!!! – I REALLY like this dental group. I have consulted with both dentists, and I like them both. The front office/biller is Bernadette, and she's great...she has been very helpful to me. The dental tech., Julia is wonderful... gental, thourough, and fun to talk to. My wait time, after checking in, has been less than 5 minutes. I see some negative feedbacks here, but for me, these guys are 100%. I reccomend them... Brad

Good Patient Care, Lousy Billing Staff – The staff involved in patient care are very good. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the billing staff. I told the billing staff on arrival at my last visit I had a new insurance and they made a copy of the new card. My deductible of $150 family already had been met prior to my visit . 2 weeks later I receive a bill. I called to try to straighten things out. I have been going to Boca Park Dental for many years and I must say that I am totally amazed with the current transition to the practice. They have changed over the management staff and the office is run with great care and has a family air to it. You enter the practice and see smiling faces, they are never to busy to stop and talk ask about your family and bring back to dentistry the "family" practice feeling. Love the Staff and the DR. Too!!! – If you are a nervous patient, then Boca Park is where you want to go. The staff and the doctor both have a way of making you feel at home when you are there. They explained everything to me that was being done, and made my appointment actually seem fun, crazy but true. I would recommend Dr. Turner to anyone, he never hurt me, and did an excellent job.

Never a good experience – I've been going to Boca Park Dental for a couple years now after going to two other dentists in town. They used to have a really good hygenist there who left- no one good left there now. Every time I have an appointment, they call me a few hours before to cancel and reschedule me. I've already had to rearrange my schedule for the appt., now I have to do it all over again. The worse dentists ever – This place is really dirty and most of the dentists are 1 year graduated. They will charge you a lot o money and your tooth will look like the worse as possible, maybe black. I had a tooth crowd and the color is really dark. I went to the office to complaint and they told me that is my problem. I hate it. The worse service and the most expensive. The doctors don't have too much experience doing dentistry. AVOID IT IF YOU CAN.
