History Established in 1968. Rufus Tavern was purchased by the Robert P. Baunach Family In 1968 and has grown to be one of the greatest places on the Columbia River to eat. Now known as Bob's Texas T-Bone. Bob's Texas T-Bone is 3rd Generation, Family Owned and Operated. All our Steaks are choice grade and cut here on premise, our burger is fresh ground and made daily. Bob's Texas T-Bone is well known for the 18-24 oz chuck steak we call the (Texas T-Bone) or (Truckers Spec.) also slow roasted Prime Rib every weekend!

Walk in sit down...... flash back to the good Oooooo days.... and craftmens ship.......and people that treat you like a friend......love it
Good food, quiet parking area. Plenty of room for parking
I got the fried oysters,and the service was friendly, and always parking my big rig,I walk across the street, for DEATH row coffee, or if I got the time,get a Motel room for the night, hot shower, comfortable bed,just got to get out of the truck, sleep in a real bed, morning gst some breakfast, I bee goood to go
Food is delicious services is awesome good place to watch sports
We drove from Goldendale because the hotel Gal recommended this place for steak. My ribeye was a little tough and had grizzle thru it but it was a decent steak and fairly large, the gator tots were excellent as was the garlic toast. The waitresses were great and friendly. I would go back for sure, maybe I will try there pancakes if they have them
Very friendly atmosphere, Excellent Service, Great Food.....Will definitely stop next time we're in town!
