Outstanding plumber for Silver Lake – Bob's Rooter did an outstanding job at my hillside Silver Lake location of replacing the lateral and saddle for connection of my sewer to the city main line. Best plumber ever – We had a major sewer line problem and we live in an 80 year old house on a hill in Los Feliz. Instead of digging trenches and tearing up the original brick patio and backyard, Bob and his team used a new technology to access the pipe and shoot coating through it to repair the problem and prevent it from failing again. Excellent! Plumber for life.. – Bob took on a really messed up job from another plumbing company (Schuelke) that I had major problems with & filed a CSLB complaint against & won. It's a testament to Bob's confidence & service that he took this job on - knowing that there were previous problems. Most contractors would shy away from this sort of thing but he didn't - even after knowing the full story. Great Family Plumbers – I called these guys because my sewer was blocked. Actually I called another local company first. The other company came out and told me I had to replace my sewer after working on it for about 20 minutes. First off it was difficult to understand them. I didn't feel comfortable, "I felt pressured". They charged me $185.00 after I told them I was going to get another opinion. They didn't even clear my blockage!! So I called Bob's. YA BREAK IT, YA BUY IT...NOT BOB'S – I have a 1927 y.o. home which will be changed over to copper as soon as some very critical matters unfold. In the meantime, I called Bob's as I saw they worked on older homes and the tub faucet sprung a leak - the plumbing is old, granted, and perhaps not a simple job. Jason and I had an appt. the next morning but he showed up unannounced that night because he was in the area. He checked the leak and gave me options. Great plumber!!!!! – Made appointment with Bob's Rooter and Plumbing and was given a time window. Bob's office contacted me twice with updates on the time that the plumber would arrive and he was there as promised. Office staff was polite and efficient. Plumber for this job was Bob himself. He had to check a line to the refrigerator for water that goes to ice maker. Bob was thorough and efficient. He took care in keeping area clean and dry and figured out exactly what needed to be done. Amazing Service – I called to get an automatic gas line shutoff valve installed on my house (they kind that trips during an earthquake). The plumbers who were sent to my house were great. Not only did they install the valve, but they cleaned up a crazy maze of pipes and fittings around the gas meter. When they were done, they repainted the pipes and the meter. Taking out all of those 50 year old rust fittings was beyond what I expected as part of the contract. Great service, great attitude, great job. I can't recommend them ... read more

Very Impressed! – I had a kitchen sink overflowing from the apt. upstairs when I found Bob's on City Search. Having read so many nice things about this company I thought I would give them a try. My landlord couldn't reach the regular plumber (creep) for the bldg. so he told me to call someone and I'd be reimbursed. Well, Bob's son Jonathan shows up and what a sweet gentleman he was!
