Classic American cuisine. Known for classic American cuisine. Classic 50's diner, with a good breakfast. Reasonably priced, and only takes cash. Cooks individual eggs in individual pans of butter, right in front of you.
Decent diner food This is the place to go if you want reasonably priced diner food in Roxborough. I had a delicious (and greasy!) cheeseburger on grilled Rye bread and it really hit the spot. In agreement with the review below, the diner wasn't exactly the cleanest place, but the people were very nice and the food wasn't bad. The biggest downfall is that Bob's Diner doesn't take credit cards so make sure you come with cash!
bad food The diner was small and not the cleanest I've encountered. The food, I had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was poorly made to say the least and the parking wasn't the best.
