They only fix what needs to be fixed so they can sell you a car. Hit pot hole and tore the boot they said. They proceeded to tell me it was not a safety concern till we had our appointment to get it fixed. Then week later upper and lower tie rods go which means axle also the car has been there since Thursday of last week and kept the appointment they still don't have it done and I have been paying for rides back and forth to work since which has costed me over a hundred dollars. I just got my car. I love the fact that they worked with me. Whitney is the girl I dealt with since the first phone call. If you go there, ask for her. She’s sweet and nice as can be.
Terrible customer service. Bought a vehicle at another dealership when they called the 100th time I told them I had bought a car already and thanked them the response I got was “okay” then the gentleman hung up on me! If I was going to buy a car in a few years why would I come to a place that hung up on me because I didn’t find the right car at their dealership? What a shame!
