they sold us a van that broke down and then they took away our loaner and took half our down payment so were screwed
got a car from here. came back to sign papers the next day and they changed the contract. was told the bank wouldnt approve the loan to buy the warranty, yet tried to sell me a second car the same day,I desperately needed the car so I took it anyway. check engine light came on soon after, was told I just needed to put air in the tires. check engine light never went away. Nothing but trouble.
they made a copy of our dl's just to look at a car, then because we did not want it, they refused to give copy of our dl's saying they keep copies of all customers for their files. That I think is illegal , what they need it for; also all cars on that lot of theirs are bad, if it gets you home you area lucky and they do not fix anything wrong with them. me and my mother need a car desperately. and so we came here. and of course they will approve anyone with so much down.....they chose a car for us. and after a few months go by. the car started to fall apart. basically the car ended up to be a lemon car.
