UPDATE 12/23/19 So I go to the license plate agency and am informed fines are taken care of and Bob's is required to give me a new temporary plate and registration as they never even initiated a title change. Cody the sale manager refuses to give a new temporary registration and while in front of my husband talks to Bob and down plays how horribly they are handling this and makes it sounds like it was only how we were spoken to on the phone.
