Thanks to everyone that made my sale a smooth transaction for my BMS Heritage scooter. My item was back ordered, but the communication was there from when it arrived at port, to them, then me. Have not finished setting up bike yet, but the scooter is a beaut!!!!!

First time ordering anything with a motor without seeing it. The experience was as expected and outlined by Bobcat's Motorsports. The Scooter arrived on time. Customer services has been excellent throughout the process. The Maddog scooter was in great shape. Nothing but a positive experience for me!

When I ordered my Amigo 150 Scooter I wasn't sure how the whole process would go. I am so extatic with the amigo 150cc exevutive scooter the entire transaction was delightfull the owner Tracee took my order and it was here at my door in 7 days the delivery drivers were so professional and courteous as well as alot of fun they stayed to see it unboxed it came in a cardboard box and was bolted to a beautiful steel cage surround to preventing t damage during shipping .It was more beautiful then my wikdest dreams and every associate i spoke with was awesome upbeat reassuring and the customer service i recei... read more

I bought an Amigo SS-50 scooter from Bobcat's Motorsports. Bobcat's customer service was great. They sent emails and kept me informed every step of the way. The scooter shipped very quickly with no problems. The metal crate that it came in is a great design and really protected the contents. After the recommended battery charge and oil change we were up and running within 8 hours. The scooter looks and runs great.

I bought my Ice Bear Maddog 150cc scooter from Bobcat's Motorsports and had it delivered in my driveway in Indiana within two weeks. Had it running that day. Good times!

I am pleased to say that the level of care and service i received would rate as one of my all time best online purchase experiences. I made an error while ordering & it was addressed in a remarkably timely manner but also it was on a day where the office was closed and it was well after hours nearing midnight.I've never had a company go above and beyond for me like that!
