I MADE A PURCHASE OF A SCOOTER FOR PUERTO RICO, BOTCATS SHIPPED IT FREE TO THE FLORIDA TERMINAL AND I ONLY PAYED FROM FLORIDA TO PUERTO RICO. THE SERVICE IN BOTCATS IS FIRST AND THE LOWEST PRICES OF ALL THE SITES ON THE INTERNET. SEND THE MONEY BY ELECTRONIC TRANSFER AND I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL.

bike was missing crome plate to cover forks 1 email 2 calls no responce then paper work was wrong had to wait 2 more days for paper work an where the light wires are run they got gaught up in steering an cut them had to have roll backed home make sure you go over every nut an bolt with a meachnic 60 percent of mine were lose an digital dash dont work at all no light in it it just stopped working weeks gone by no reply an still can ride scooter do to not having dash not work very upset with this

I was leary about buying online from an unknown (to me) place of business. I checked them out with the BBB in California and no news was good news. I bought the Ice bear Trifecta 50 cc and a 3 year extended warranty, so far so good. My only complaint is I emailed their service department 6/15/21 with 5 questions and as of today 6/30/21 I have not gotten a response. I just gave up and hope that was not a sign of things to come. Very happy with my BOBCAT ORDER 2021 Ice Bear "Trifecta" 150cc NOT TO HARD TO FINSH put together. had damage. DELIVERY ICE BEAR SHIPPED PART FAST. MY #2 TRIKE OTHER WAS 2016 LASTED GOOD. LOVE NEW ONE UPGRADES HEADLIGHTS ARE BRITE.

I’ve bought a lot of scooters online in the past and was never happy with the customer service because they act like they didn’t care after the scooter was bought, but with bobcat motorsports they responded to my emails in a timely manner and is very happy with them.

Purchased an Ice Bear from another guy that bought it during COVID last year and was unable to use it . He did not register it so I called up and they were very helpful in getting the trike registered in my name. Great customer service.

I want to thank Tracee and Elieabeth for helping me with my new 150 trike, And sending my trike all the way to Hawaii with no problem and fast serves, And by the way my 150 trike is running GRATE , If i had to bye another 150 trike, i would bye form Bobcats Motosports.
