Purchased an Ice Bear from another guy that bought it during COVID last year and was unable to use it . He did not register it so I called up and they were very helpful in getting the trike registered in my name. Great customer service.

Worked with Tracee and Liz on an Ice Bear Trike. Good communication with both, and the emails / paperwork they sent was clear. The shipping date was accurate and the Trike was in excellent shape. (They even polished it.) Checked a few other dealers first and I felt the bobcat price was better. Many free services as well as a helmet. I paid for the set-up and felt it was worth the cost. Walter's 2021 Avenza-50 scooter works fine, it needs a new trunk and a seat lock. We are sending our technicians to his house with the parts also to recheck the brake light and blinker, the wiring issue is most likely an easy fix which would take 20 to 30 minutes. I purchased the 2021 Amigo Avenza. Arrived promptly as described, 99.9% assembled however it has been sitting in my garage since the day it has arrived. Approximately 2 weeks. I have no brake lights. Right blinker flashes brake light, when brakes pulled right blinker flashes. Cargo trunk missing key and seat lock broke, had to remove hinges to open. Was told warranty claims filed on both..have yet to receive replacement on either. They had me pull battery and have it checked to see if that was causing electrical issue..it... read more
