Registration Documents Richard M. ordered his vehicle online on 7/5/23. He confirmed your order details on Thursday 7/6. We processed his order and his vehicle was shipped to him on 7/11/23 which was the 3rd business day after he confirmed his order. He received his vehicle at his home on Thursday 7/14/23 at 11:29 am. "gamebreaker" is not wrong when he reported issues with the title documents, however, it was not something we did by avoiding him or not sending them, never the less he did not receive them. We sent out new ones via USPS as soon as he made us aware of not receiving them and followed up with him to make sure he received them. IN ONE OF MY REVIEWS, I TRIED TO WORK WITH HER BY SAYING I GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR THE TITLE TO COME HERE..WHICH WAS NOT TRUE.IT WAS THE SAME ADDRESS THAT THE TRIKE WAS DELIVERED TO..SHE WANTED IT CHANGED OR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG THE TITLE WOULD HAVE TAKEN....
updating my review of that bobcatmotorsports..only until i wrote a review, and said that i was thankful of redfoxpowersports coming thru for me by delivering the headlight relay that i was asking for plenty of times with no results from this place..broken promises,not emailing me back,etc..the motorcycle sat in the garage for a couple weeks with no hope of getting the part from them..thank god that redfoxpowersports came thru.!! it was not until that woman from bobcas read my review, did she finally make contact with me..wha... read more
i would like to thank red fox power sports for being the place that got the parts i needed to get my icebear q6 150cc back on the road...i emailed and talked personally to that barns person at bobcatsmotorsports,and i was getting was false promises of getting me the parts to fix my cycle from which i purchased from them...it has been a nightmare from the day i made the mistake of dealing with her and buying that cycle there...the cycle sat for weeks with a bad headlight relay..she said she sent one, which never happened..red... read more
