Samuel J Martiello's review was untruthful and very disrespectful. He ordered a trike from us last September, rode it for 2 months and told us that the engine was bad according to his lawn mower repair guy. We went by his mower guy's conclusion (which was a mistake) and shipped him a new Trike right away and took back the first trike at our cost of $1,500 just in shipping alone. Bought a trike motorcycle 6-8 months ago and could not use it. The Pressure release valve was no good and overheated the oil. Unit was returned and the replacement unit had a bad rear wheel Berring that was installed wrong at the shop. I had a brand-new bike with 22 miles with a bad Berring. They refused to pay the $200 plus bill to replace. These guys are a bunch of crooks. Don't buy from them and find someone else to buy from. Thieves from the start.

Just to be completely clear, The only money we have ever received from Richard M. is for the initial purchase of his vehicle. We have never requested nor has he ever paid us for any parts or anything else. I have emailed Richard M. and posted this EXACT same email on Birdeye so people can make up their own mind about us based on facts. I have however removed his sensitive information. Richard M emailed on 9/18/23 stating that he had not received the headlight relay. I Contacted Ice Bear and they sated they thought that they were out of stock, they sent Richard M the last one on 9/13/23. But they were going to check again and get back to me to confirm. On 9/19 I called Ice Bear and they confirmed they did not have any in stock, which I then emailed Richard M about immediately.
