We had the smoothest car buying experience today with JW! We did all the numbers and negotiations over the phone and only had to go in to drive the car and sign papers. Which makes life easier when you have a 4 month old baby and don’t want to be stuck at a dealership for hours. I felt like they offered me a great deal on my trade in and I LOVE my new to me Yukon. I recently bought my 2nd vehicle from this dealer and both times, it was quick and hassle free. There were things my 2019 Dodge Ram didn't have that I wanted, they were quick to tint the windows, have steps put on it and have remote start installed AND paid for those things. They also offered $2000 more on my trade then another dealership. Thank you Brian and everyone else who show up to take care of the customers.

We are located in the DFW and were interested in a car at Bobby Duby Motors. They made the buying process so simple and hassle free. They were transparent and helped us with everything we could have needed. We drove 5 hours and were in the store for maybe 35 minutes (including test drive) they had everything ready for us, car was as described and I am extremely pleased with the service of our salesman JW and the rest of the staff there.
