We had a great experience with the service department. They offered very reasonable prices and when they made a mistake fixing a seat problem (fixed the wrong seat we didn’t even notice was broken haha) they came and picked up our car, left us a loaner, and fixed it right away! The service department deserves a raise :)
I highly recommend Bob Wade Subaru! I purchased my new Subaru Crosstrek from them this Monday. Not only do I love the vehicle but I also loved the hassle free buying process. Great service, helpful and wonderful staff plus getting the a great vehicle for a great deal! I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.
The only thing that could have improved my buying experience with Bob Wade Subaru is if Dale Smith had delivered my Crosstrek. Exceptional; you guys rock!
