My husband and I bought a car here and it was such an easy process and so now I get it serviced there. One day I had an appointment to get an oil change and needed to go to the DMV before hand. After waiting over and hour and a half at the DMV I realized that I wasn't going to make my oil change. So disappointed and frustrated, I called to apologize and make a new appointment.
