This is my review regarding my experience with Valenti. In the beginning there were some rough patches, however after speaking with the right people in the right places I was able to get my issues addressed. I received a phone call personally from Mr. Valenti and he was able to fully address all of my issues and concerns. My sales person Mr Tom Smith was a great sales person and made sure that all of my questions were answered and helped me to the best of his ability. Service Department complaints I have had my truck serviced by the dealership several times in the last year, and am under the direct impression I am being scammed. My husband is in the Navy and is often gone, so he recommended we have our Ford Excursion serviced with the nearest dealership, which is them. They replaced our wheel bearing ($1500, FYI) 14 months ago, and since then I have had it back in roughly every 2 months for the same noise that made me seek service to begin with.
