They got my business because the OP Ford dealership treated me badly. I’m happy to drive clear to Lee’s Summit for service. My husband and his business partner have leased/bought their F150s here every 3 years for many years. Great service and great people skills.
Everyone at Bob Sight are so genuine and professional! One of the best dealerships I have ever been to. DW was our salesman and couldn’t have asked for a better man! Not only did he excel at his job but made us feel comfortable in purchasing a vehicle. I am 100% satisfied and definitely will be recommending Bob Sight to everyone!
Feeling annoyed!! Our sales rep reminds us of the free first oil change (included with car purchase). I make appt online since I knew I would be in Lee's Summit (I live in Olathe) Arrive, informed that even though you can make appointments online - oil changes are excluded - they are first come & first serve. And the wait is 2 hours. Thanks Bob Sight Ford for the 'free' service that wasn't worth free.
2 hour wait for an oil change!!! Really!! Only good thing about this trip was the coffee.
