Pretty much the best dealership ever! Are they perfect? No, but they strive to have 100% Customer Satisfaction! Definitely stop by for any service work or a new vehicle!!
I want to say a HUGE HUGE THANK YOU to Bob Sight Ford Collision Department for their OUTSTANDING service recently in repairing my car after I was rear ended! Also an extra THANK YOU for replacing my tire after a slow leak upon the return of my car from a screw that couldn't be just plugged! Everyone from the receptionist to the collision team were extremely helpful and friendly. No wonder my son loved working here before going into the US Navy!
Greeted as the first customer of a cold morning!! Everyone had genuine down to earth smiles and words of kindness. Sat down at the waiting room and 40 minutes got called by my name. I was like WOW!!
