Just finalized the purchase of a 2016 Ford Explorer last night. Our salesman was Tyler Gray, and I must say that he was the main reason the transaction was such a success. He was knowledgeable, helpful & friendly throughout the process. Love the vehicle! Would highly recommend both Tyler & Bob Sight Ford.
The dyslexic salesman at Bob Sight aren't even capable of correctly taking down my phone number! Which has resulted in me not getting my title and paperwork until 8 days after my temp tag has expired. All that I was given is a "I'm sorry" which definitely will not cover a ticket for being pulled over for driving on an expired temp tag! Do not go to Bob Sight Ford!
A big Thank You to Tyler for helping me buy my 2015 Explorer. He was fantastic....even when my husband was a bit confused on terms and such because of my decision to purchase and not passing along all the details to him! :-) Tyler always returned calls/emails/texts promptly and was extremely courteous! Also, another big Thank You to financing for going above and beyond to ensure we had the lowest rate for our loan!!! We will be back!
