I would love nothing more than to give you a 5 rating bc one person should not determine a rating however, my experience today with a sales rep by the name of Tyler was extremely rude and to keep it classy I will say the biggest jerk I have even worked with.. I have bought many types of vehicles from bob sight ford. For both work and personal. I have always had great people helping me every step of the way and they always been overly fair with price and repairs I highly recommend them and will be buying a lot more trucks and cars for them for years to come.
The service department went above and beyond to take care of me; they were very helpful, got the job done quickly AND also correct the first time. The sales team was wonderful too, I never felt pressured to buy and they were very knowledgeable. I will definitely return for my next vehicle!
