Worst experience ever. I went in to trade in a car the sales rep typed in $5000 difference in error so saying my old loan was 5grand under what it actually was ! Her error made my credit get ran for no reason because I was unable to get the car that I wanted and my monthly payment I wanted ! Just terrible customer service.
Purchased a brand new expedition last fall from Bob Sight. Showed up today to get my first FREE oil change as we were promised. I was told they couldn't get to it until Monday! I showed up at 1:30 on a Saturday and they don't close until 5. On top of that I called before I drove all the way out there and was told they don't take appointments for oil changes! Was not happy with Bob Sight today. We have been looking at a Chevy Trax you have had on the website for over a month. The price dropped yesterday. So we figured it would be a great idea to go first thing in the morning to look at the car. The car was sold a week ago on 1/13. I don’t know if it was a mistake or a cheap trick to bring in customers but to drop the price after a car was sold is dirty practice. It's been my pleasure to be associated with and a returning customer of your company...until today. They will never get my business again. You cannot trust a company to treat you with integrity and respect when they are not willing to do these things for their employees who have spent countless hours trying to make the company better.
I had been a long time customer of this business, until now. I recently witnessed the mistreatment of a long time employee who was exceptionally knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile for anyone, and brought the standards of this service department to a new level, be dismissed from his position with no grounds for this decision.
