I was very pleased with the excellent customer service.
Gave me an expired inspection , now have to pay a late fee because i couldnt get inspected by paperwork due date! Piss poor management and no respect for customers. They are good for 90 days, they burnt up 80 of them sitting on their lot! Never again!!!

Terrible experience with one of their salesman. I’m from out of state and we communicated through text. I’ve never been judged and felt so humiliated by someone. His professionalism and tact was below poor. Lesson learned. I will be sure to let all my KC family and friends know about my experience.

I delivered over $230 worth of food here and got a $5 tip!!! If you can afford to order that much food and I'm courteous enough to use my gas to bring it to you, the LEAST you could do is tip 10% 🙄 NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
I broke my mirror cover off backing out of the garage. I wasn’t sure if I was going to go through ford due to the initial conversation I had on the phone with someone to set up an appointment. However I had a wonderful experience. From the guys who helped me order my part. They were very nice and knowledgeable. The two guys in the collision department were awesome also. They helped me put the cover back on my car and made sure my mirror was fine otherwise. I will be back with any other problems I have. Thanks Ryan! 👍🏻
