Great experience buying a vehicle from there but extremely disappointed in the service center. Did not disclose fees before taking a look at my vehicle and took my vehicle to get a second quote and the independent auto shop told me that one of the parts they were trying to replace wasn’t even broken. (The part was also $1000). Because of the horrible service center experience I will never buy another vehicle from Bob Ross again.

The staff is excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. My car was repaired without question and at no charge due to previous circumstances. Oil change and alignment were very reasonable. I’ll be back.

Bought used Kia soul from your dealership, wasn’t impressed by your prep & service dept But I had to bring my car in for warranty repair work, I could not find my paperwork but they were able to find it for me, Then I was given loner vehicle because there was a continuous drain on the battery and I could have been stranded with a dead battery I cannot forget about the cashier office got my loaner car and paid my bill The check in checkout guys a vac/wash An excellent job by all thank you
