There is a general lack of satisfactory customer service. No one seems happy or happy to help (except Mitch Charbeaneau). The last visit my car was not cleaned and the oil change sensor not reset. The service guy acted like it was an inconvenience to reset. Then this time, I was given an estimate for $201 to change my oil and rotate tires. I cancelled the service. No one offered to retrieve my car or keys or assist further. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in so why would I be assisted out. I do not anticipate ever returning. ... read more
