Very very poor service experience...A 9:30AM oil change appointment turned into nearly an all-day ordeal. After oil change was complete, my vehicle was leaking oil from the oil filter prior to leaving Bob Ross's parking lot. Service department addressed leak, and may have replaced filter altogether, but explanations for the leak were very vague and unclear. I was able to set a next day appointment. Customer service was excellent. They took my vehicle back promptly and finished in the time promised. They provided me with a checklist of items inspected. Real nice place. I'm going to be back instead of going to the dealership I was going to. Thank you!
