Dealer responded and quickly and set up a convenient time to see the vehicle. Would recommend to others.
I isited three Bob Rohrman locations looking for a car they advertised on their website. Customer service was terrible at all three places. One salesman promised to call me back and never did. Finally, three days after my initial visit I called and someone told me the car I was interested in had been sent to auction. I guess when you have so many locations it is not important to make every customer feel valued. I will not return to any of their dealerships.
Overall a great experience. Dealer worked hard for me and we'll with me to get what was best for me
Their web posting was out of date. This car was on their own site as well as CarGurus 30 days after the car had been sold.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Our sales person, Quinton Lindsey, made our shopping experience pleasant. We enjoyed working with someone that was from Carroll County.
