They were responsive, I just did not want to drive to West Lafayette
A sales consultant made contact via email in response to an inquiry I made regarding a Subaru on their lot. I was invited to the dealership to view the inventory.
Dealer Rep was quick to reply and polite. However vehicle is RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED according to Kelly Blue Book and rep wasn't willing to negotiate price.
The dealership (esp John Pilatz) was very responsive. Providing all the info requested and answering questions in a timely manner. Ultimately we did not get the car, but did wind up buying a car from Bob RoHrman Toyota.
Very willing to work out a deal. I just happened to find something closer to home.
This car never existed, it was a ploy to get people to come in and get duped to buy a car with TONS of issues. The car they showed me needed new rotors, a new window motor, eyesight system didn't work, and was priced higher than the car I came to look at. After driving over 20 mph several warning lights would come on.

Not bad. Asked for Pics and the dealer get back to me less than 24 hours with CarFax report!
