I like to do the majority of the car buying process through email as my time is valuable. It was like pulling teeth trying to get my questions answered from Bob Rohrman Subaru. The majority of their responses are promotional type emails asking me to come in for a test drive. Done with this dealership
The sales or the secretary who answered the phone she was really super nice and they send me all the information I didn't get a chance to get there and the car was so I got an email that was sold I appreciate in my whole body find another car there

First time I walked in the dealership to see the vehicle, no one helped me, no one acknowledged me. I even hung around a while, looked at cars in the showroom. No one even said hello. First trade-in offer was ridiculously high, then they only made one counter offer on a car that's been on there lot for over 4 months. Salesman said he was "There to make a deal! Put me to work, I'll get it done!" But he was just a puppet of the manager.
Bought the car over the Labor Day weekend so it was a slow process waiting so we decided not to wait. We agreed to the price and waited to come back Monday to find out about financing and take delivery. The interest rate was a little high but we put down half and plan to pay it off in a few months so no big deal. My only complaint about the car is that it has a low tire pressure warning light and periodic warning sound but all the tires are fine.
