Slightly over priced and I know I got less for my trade than it was worth. Otherwise great people. I would go back but definitely try to get a better deal.
We talked to represenative before driving from Southport all the way to lafayette, 1.5 he drive. He did not tell us that thw center consul was torn out as well as the radio with wies hanging out of the dash or the fact that it started rough and had not been driven for a long time Also, there was a hole in the misale of the bed where the fifth wheel connected had been. Great customer service and responsiveness.
They contacted me immediately, helped me set up an appointment time to look at the car I was interested in. I'm a female college student so I have been jerked around by car dealers before, but everyone involved in this process was really nice and professional towards me. I'm glad that I found this car through them and that it all worked out. Even after getting my car, whenever I have questions, they are helpful. Friendly service, took the time to show us what we were looking for. No pressure sales. They know how to treat the customer. They were very willing to sit down and give us all the details of the sale, the charges, fees, price etc. Before we made a decision. Then after our decision, they worked with us on the final price out the door. Very friendly service.

I worked with Brent on a long distance buy. He is by far and away the best salesman I have dealt with. Easy to talk to, wasn't pushy and he got me a fair deal. He was extremely flexible with his time and was willing to come in on his day off to prepare my vehicle for shipping to OH. Awesome guy. I can't speak for the rest of the guys there, but Brent was top notch.
Three times I sent emails inquiring about this vehicle, no response. I finally called they said the sold and it didn't. No one bothered to call me until I inquired because the vehicle was back in their dealership yet no one contacted me. This dealership lacks in customer service and I don't want to deal with them. Needless to o say, I didn't get this vehicle and I am not happy.
